Kundalini-Powered Healing ~ 5 Sessions

Since I’ve started doing personal work with Hilmar I feel different. The Golden Heart Transmission helps me to have a calmer mind and I am more focused on my body. This gave me some tools to practice meditation to regulate my energy and anxiety.
