I have worked with well over a hundred teachers by now. I have experienced a lot of modalities, personalities, and systems that have hugely impacted me and how I understand the world.

Yet, working with Hilmar has truly introduced me to myself (and the world) in totally new ways.

He doesn’t use any modality, he doesn’t rely on any system.

He lives authentically to the degree that he simply cannot help but truly love and be genuine friends with every person he communicates with. I have witnessed him in many situations now, and the way he shows up is with the humility of someone who has been around the block many, many times.

He has such an awesome ability to mold himself into whatever shape is needed, for whatever situation is needed.

I have been told by my girlfriend that my opinions are often coming from my intellect, and not from my deeper self. I could not really see what she meant until I worked with Hilmar. The way he makes decisions comes from a place of embodied knowing that speaks volumes in every movement. It is clear that he does not have any option but to be totally vulnerable in every moment. Truly teaching by example, because he has prioritized his entire life for an open heart.

I haven’t even touched upon his incredible abilities to see (and transform) energy, which is typically why people come to him. These tools are (literally) otherworldly. It is clear that his knowledge of energetic realms comes from rigorous testing and lots and lots of personal experience.

Thank you Hilmar, for showing up as you do. With the fire to stand by the truth no matter what. For standing up for me, my soul’s truth, and for everyone you meet.

I’ve been attending the Golden Heart Transmission for the last 7 months and I’ve been noticing a steady progress! My work as a software developer is very mind focused and I used to be constantly distracted making it hard to get things done. Through the Golden Heart Transmission my mind has calmed down a lot and I have built a stronger connection with my body.

Additionally I’ve started individual sessions with Hilmar. His ability to read and change your energy field is truly unique and has been giving me invaluable insight into myself. I have learned enormously by being able to follow and participate in his work and so far that has included the Kundalini transmissions, The Psychic intensive course, and individual sessions with him. As a teacher, Hilmar is down-to-earth and generous.

I’ve known Hilmar for a couple of years now. We have had very interesting conversations about many subjects over that time, he told me he works with kundalini energy, and I was fascinated to what this new path had to offer.

After doing a transfer of energy during one of our sessions, I felt a massive flux of energy for the next few days, and I was really amazed at the result. For my work I need to have strong emotional intelligence skills, mental clarity and a lot of energy to successfully manage the groups of children. Since I’ve started doing personal work with Hilmar I feel different. The Golden Heart Transmission helps me to have a calmer mind and I am more focused on my body. This gave me some tools to practice meditation to regulate my energy and anxiety.

Over the last half year I’ve noticed that my intuition has increased. For me, the difference of his meditations is that he guides the inner energy and spiritual being who we are, cleansing it to be able to feel more love.

I worked with Hilmar over the course of several months where we worked on a variety of ways of entering into the psyche to encounter and dissolve issues. When I was a young man, I studied the art of Yoga, specially Kundalini and Hatha Yoga and I studied the real art of these disciplines, the old way like it was taught in India hundreds of years ago. The Kundalini became my favorite of these arts and I practices this most of my life with great results and still do, now more than 50 years later. In the last few years my health has gotten worse and I had to take some difficult hurdles on my path, but I have sought alternative therapy for these and been successful. In the midst of all that I met my fellow Icelander Hilmar Rafnsson and as two Vikings we bonded right away. We are doing similar things in life but because of my physical condition he offered to do some Kundalini work on me. I was excited since no one has done that on me for a long time. When we started our sessions, it was obvious to me from the first moment that Hilmar had mastered his Kundalini and indeed reminded me of some of the old masters of this art from India. His clarity of energy transfer and insight into my body started to show results right away. During the sessions I came to a state of being that I had not felt in so many years, much deeper awareness of my inner energies and what my body needed. His energy flowed through m e and I could feel it very strong, even though he was not in the room with me, it was like he was literally touching my body. My mind instantly went into a deep state of relaxation and left my body to heal from his energy transference. Now after a few sessions my body is on the mend, feeling much stronger and healthier, more so then I have felt in the last 20 years.
